Andrei identified the opportunity to improve the existing hand-arm-vibration health & safety monitoring equipment while on a university placement in the aerospace manufacturing industry. The founder of the company then started a research project as part of his Mechanical Engineering degree at Coventry University. Titled Enhancement in Hand Arm Vibration Monitoring Technology and Technique, the thesis was produced alongside a prototype built in conformance with the British Standards BS ISO 5349 and BS ISO 8041. The novel monitoring technique and innovative mathematical additions to the standard exposure assessment were patented.

Shortly afterwards, a group of creative people with complementary skills formed around this aim of developing a revolutionary product to benefit the worker. It wasn’t all romantic… The initial team of five volunteered for six months on a daily basis to keep the vision alive and seek funding.

The company was incorporated on the 1st of August 2018 with an existing team fully engaged in synchronising their individual passion for entrepreneurship, engineering, programming and design to produce the market disruptive technology that now ensures employees maintain resilience in the face of inevitable hazardous exposure.
